0.5 cup of Quaker Oats Old Fashioned
0.25 tbsp of table salt
0.5 cups of 2% milk
0.5 scoops of ISO 100 – Vanilla Protein Powder
0.5 tbsp of ground cinnamon
2 tbsp of honey

add fruits if needed.
